The Property is located on south Peachcrest Rd, with about 850ft of road frontage. The property is split into two pieces by railroad tracks one is 10 acres the other is 3 acres. The 10 acre one is mostly flat and 9 acres of that is planted in fruit trees. There are peach trees, pear trees, apricot trees, cherry trees, apple trees, and some berries.
